LIVE DATA
What your dispatcher sees every morning: deliveries per day, POD workflow, on-time per driver and load per zone × hour.
Monthly delivery curve with complete POD (photo + signature + GPS + recipient). No paper.
Each order enters a workflow that assigns a driver, moves status and captures POD hands-free.

THE PROBLEM
If your operation delivers more than 100 orders per day with your own fleet, you probably recognize these.
Rain, truck sweat, an illegible mark left by a cheap pen. The delivery happened, but the proof does not exist. When the customer complains three days later, there is nothing to show.
The driver swears he left the box at reception. Reception says it never arrived. Without a photo, digital signature, delivery GPS, or timestamp: you lose the dispute. And you pay for the replacement.
Ops fills the spreadsheet at 1pm, sales sells at 2pm on stale stock, warehouse shouts at 3pm. When the left hand does not know what the right is doing, overselling is guaranteed.
40 orders, 5 drivers, 3 vehicles. A sheet with addresses, a Maps tab, yellow sticky notes on the monitor. What should be a 5-minute decision takes 90.
Every online sale triggers an email. Someone opens it, copies products, looks up SKU, validates stock, creates the order in the internal system. 4 minutes per order × 200 orders = one FTE just on transcription.

WHAT THE SYSTEM DOES
We do not start from scratch. The critical modules for the sector are already solved.
Multiple photos compressed to ≤1280px JPEG 0.7, digital signature, optional voice notes and mandatory "Received By". GPS and timestamp at the moment of delivery. Legally defensible.
One button moves the route and all its orders to in_transit. The driver does not touch the system 40 times a day: they start and deliver.
Driver + vehicle + date assignment. Same date + same driver = consolidated stops. Start at the client warehouse (single) or default (multi-client).
Stock per product and warehouse. Columns for Outflows, Inflows, Available, In Transit and proposals. Restocking alerts at 50% of minimum.
Orders from Shopify enter automatically. Matching: exact SKU → exact name → fuzzy Jaccard ≥0.6 → AI fallback. Zero manual entry.
Chat connected to orders, routes, inventory, drivers and clients. Ask "which deliveries expire tomorrow in the west zone?" and get a natural language answer.
Pickup purchase orders automatically restock inventory when marked as delivered. Multi-warehouse from day one.
One driver can operate multiple vehicles; one vehicle can be driven by multiple drivers per shift. GPS telemetry per driver and per vehicle.
Every status change, assignment, stop edit or POD is logged with user, timestamp and diff. Zero "someone touched something and I don't know who".
CONNECTED STACK
We do not reinvent the wheel. We connect to the tools you already use or that are worth adopting.
Route reasoning, AI product matching and operator AI Assistant
Orders from Shopify enter the system automatically with 4-step product matching
Live map with driver pins, optimized routes and address geocoding
Bidirectional webhooks with Shopify, ERPs and legacy TMS systems
Database, Deno Edge Functions for webhooks, POD storage and Realtime for tracking
Customer notifications: order en route, about to arrive, delivered with photo and signature
FEATURED CASE
A logistics operator in the USA with its own fleet was delivering 8,400+ monthly orders with drivers logging on paper and signing with a pen. "Not received" disputes reached 4% monthly with no way to defend them. We built the three portals (admin with Mapbox and AI Assistant, driver mobile with multi-photo+signature+voice POD, client with tracking and POD gallery), integrated Shopify with 4-step product matching and unified the multi-warehouse inventory with the order system. Today digital POD is 98% complete, disputes dropped to <0.5% and the dispatcher builds a 40-stop route in 5 minutes instead of 90.

It works with any ERP that exposes a REST API. Shopify is native (4-step product matching included), but we have also connected SAP Business One, Odoo, NetSuite and proprietary TMS systems via Make/n8n. The portals and POD layer lives on top of what you already have.
Yes. The POD captures digital signature, photos with timestamp, exact GPS at the moment of delivery, mandatory "Received By" field and optionally a voice note. In the USA and most LATAM jurisdictions this meets the evidentiary requirements for accepted delivery, especially for B2B commercial disputes.
Bulk XLSX/CSV migration with integrity validation (client ↔ address ↔ product ↔ inventory). If you have prior digital POD history, we import it. If your history is on paper, we start clean from the go-live date. Migration runs in parallel with implementation and is not a blocker.
Yes. The driver can start their route, mark stops and capture POD (compressed photos, signature, voice note, Received By) without a connection. Everything stays in a local queue and syncs as soon as the device regains signal. Critical for rural areas or commercial basements.
Optimized to the limit: POD photos are compressed to ≤1280px on the longest side at JPEG quality 0.7 before uploading. A full day of 40 deliveries with 3 photos each typically consumes 60–90 MB. Works on Latin American prepaid plans without issues.
Yes, multi-warehouse from day one. Each product has stock per warehouse with separate columns for Outflows, Inflows, Available and In Transit. Pickup POs automatically restock the destination warehouse when marked as delivered. Configurable restocking alerts at 50% of minimum.
The dispatcher builds the route with drag-drop on the Mapbox map, but the Gemini AI Assistant can suggest groupings by geographic zone, client time windows and vehicle load. The human dispatcher always makes the final call — AI proposes, it does not impose.
The model is: setup fee + monthly fee per active driver + variable cost per stored POD (photo storage). The ticket depends on number of warehouses, integrations (Shopify, ERP) and monthly volume. Schedule a 30-min assessment and we will give you the exact range.

A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER
“In logistics, the problem is not delivering. It is proving that you delivered. And that the customer does not say otherwise three days later.”
I have seen operators with real-time tracking, with WhatsApp Business, with professional drivers, and they still lose 4% monthly in disputes because the "proof" of delivery is an illegible signature on a spreadsheet that got wet in the truck. That is real money leaving every month over something that software solves.
Boosty puts POD with photo, digital signature, voice note, GPS and mandatory "Received By" in a mobile-first app designed for the driver inside the truck — not for the dispatcher in air conditioning. Plus an AI Assistant that cross-references orders, routes, inventory and claims so that every delivery is legally defensible when someone says "I didn't receive it".
If your operation delivers more than 100 orders a day and still depends on paper, schedule 30 minutes with me. Not with a sales rep. With me. I will tell you what can be digitized first and how much you recover in lost disputes.
