THE PROBLEM
If your dealership has more than 50 vehicles in circulation, you probably recognize these.
The lead arrives via the web form, the salesperson copies it to Excel, another writes it in a notebook, another leaves it on read in WhatsApp. When the manager asks for a report, nobody knows how many real leads there are.
Reception writes the appointment in a notebook. The notebook doesn't sync with the technician. The client calls three times to confirm. On appointment day there's no available bay.
Neither the owner nor the workshop knows the status of the warranty. It's calculated in Excel when someone remembers. When a claim arises, nobody has the complete data.

It works for both. The multi-tenant architecture supports from 1 to 50+ branches without changing the system. Small dealerships use fewer modules; large groups activate cross-location visibility and consolidated reporting.

It depends on the DMS. We have native integrations with open-API systems and Make.com connectors for legacy DMS. In most cases we don't replace the DMS — we complement it with the commercial, aftersales and CRM layer the DMS doesn't handle well.
Yes, and it's one of our best cases. Brands without an official system get an enterprise-level platform here without paying what premium brand DMS charge.
We migrate from Excel, Google Sheets, legacy CRMs and old databases. Bulk import via XLSX is built from day one. Referential integrity (clients ↔ vehicles ↔ services) is validated in the process.
We work with WhatsApp Business API. Templates with dynamic variables (client, date, time, service, vehicle, plate, dealership). Supports conditional blocks for advanced personalization.
