THE PROBLEM
If your company manages engineering projects, electrical distribution or industrial equipment, you probably recognize these.
The manager asks "how is the quarter going?" and the answer is an outdated Excel sheet or, worse, what the salesperson remembers. When that rep leaves, the pipeline leaves with them. Zero traceability of which opportunity is at which stage.
You quote in USD, the client asks for DOP, engineering changes a line item and v4 is generated. Three files with the same name circulate by email. You sign a price that no longer covers cost because someone used the old version.
The sales rep closes the deal and celebrates. Engineering finds out via WhatsApp three weeks later. The schedule was already born behind. The client complains. The margin gets eaten up in overtime and penalties.

When an opportunity is moved to Won, the system creates the project, copies the line items and notifies engineering on the spot. Zero late starts.

Yes. The architecture is agnostic: we connect to any system that exposes a REST (or SOAP) API — commercial ERPs, accounting or proprietary systems. If your ERP is legacy without an API, we connect it via Make/n8n with webhooks. The commercial layer (pipeline + quotes + projects) lives on top of your current accounting, without replacing it.
Claude analyzes the historical behavior of similar opportunities (stage, age, value, client, BU, recent activity) and contrasts the GO%/GET% assigned by the sales rep with the actual close rate from your own data. When there is misalignment, it flags it: "real probability 78% — move to Negotiation". It is a suggestion; the sales rep decides.
When an opportunity moves to the Won column, the system creates the engineering project, copies the line items from the approved quote, initializes the 11 steps and notifies engineering and the PM on the spot (in-app + WhatsApp). The project starts the same day it is signed, not three weeks later.
Each quote has line items with cost + margin per item, ITBIS and total. Currency toggle USD/DOP/EUR with configurable rate. Each change generates a version (v1, v2, v3...) with its status (Draft → Sent → Approved). Only the Approved version is current and what the client sees at /oferta/:id. Goodbye to "which Excel was the right one?".
No. We replicate your exact current cost + margin per line item logic, even if it is in Excel today. What changes is that the calculation is live, versioned and auditable — but the formulas are yours and we respect them 100%.
The project margin is recalculated with every supplier invoice loaded and every scope change. On the dashboard you see quoted margin vs. real project margin while it runs. If a project is eating its margin, you see it in week 3, not on the final invoice.
