There is almost always a process nobody had time to fully think through. We start by understanding it end to end; the code comes after.
Judgment inside the system
A system improves when something reads, prepares and acts under written rules, and a person decides whatever commits money. That is what we use Claude for: the judgment layer.
On the stack you already have
We build the missing layer on top of what you already use: your CRM, your ERP, your core, integrated via API. Migration is decided case by case.
Reasoning in plain sight
We show the reasoning, the flow and what ends up running. Figures, only with a source and a date.

I founded Boosty to put that factory in order where it is held up by hand, in processes nobody had time to fully think through: the lead that waits days in an inbox, the operation that depends on one person remembering the next step.
That gets put in order by understanding the business, mapping the real process and rebuilding it as a system with rules, human oversight and traceability, with AI working inside: the AI reads and prepares, and a person decides whatever commits money.
