No. It is a judgment layer that lives ON TOP of the CRM you already have. If you use Kommo we integrate it natively; if you use another with a REST API, same; if it is legacy without an API, we connect it via Make/n8n. Your team keeps working where they already work — just now with context.
You define the limit. By default: classifies and scores on its own (low risk), drafts but a human approves sending, and only SUGGESTS moving stages or escalating. When you trust the judgment, you enable more automation. It is gradual, not a leap of faith.
Because a scoring model your team doesn't understand is a scoring model your team ignores. The reasoning adds no perceptible latency (4s per lead) and is what makes the salesperson trust and act. Black boxes don't change behavior.
It works from the very first lead — the judgment does not require 'training on your history' to start. With your historical data the model calibrates probabilities better, but on day 1 it already classifies, drafts and prioritizes with solid judgment.
