Boosty

B-O-O-S-T-Y METHOD

Four phases, one deliverable each and one single owner.

The Boosty Method is the order in which Boosty Digital implements AI in a company: assessment, architecture, build and adoption, with one deliverable and one owner per phase.

We put the operation in order so AI works inside your systems, and we leave the standard that governs it installed. The calendar is set in the assessment, with your team, and it is put in writing.

THE ORDER OF THE WORK

The four phases

The order does not change. What changes is the scope of each phase, and that comes from the assessment.

F01

Assessment

We walk the real process, not the one in the manual: what information comes in, who decides what, which systems already exist and where AI is already working without permission.

Deliverable

Operational blueprint + use-case inventory

F02

Architecture

Data model, integrations with whatever stays, an AI usage policy per domain and an autonomy level per tool. What it may do alone, how far, and what it may not.

Deliverable

Living diagram + usage policy and levels

F03

Build

We build in parts that already work. Each agent goes into production when it passes its evaluation cases, not when the calendar says so, and every execution leaves its circuit behind.

Deliverable

Live system + evaluations that repeat

F04

Adoption

Training by role, measurement of real usage and a written reversal plan. Training ten people out of four hundred is a pilot, not an adoption.

Deliverable

Autonomous team + adoption measured by role

WHAT B-O-O-S-T-Y STANDS FOR

Six pieces, from the first contact to measuring the return.

The four phases are the order of the work. B-O-O-S-T-Y names what the method puts in order along the buyer’s path: where they arrive from, what they are offered, how they are followed up and what return it leaves.

Bridge
The communication channels we will use, chosen with your buyer in mind.
Optimize
Define the business lines, or optimize the ones you already have.
Offer
Package and encapsulate the offers and their value proposition.
Strategize
The user-tracking strategy, end to end.
Traffic
How all the traffic you generate is handled, with follow-up on every contact.
Yield
Analytics across the whole process to evaluate returns.

WHAT WE LEAVE INSTALLED

The standard, in eight pieces — Boosty Standard for Operating with AI

It is the same in a distributor, a clinic or an insurer. The business changes; the standard does not.

01

AI usage policy

What it may do alone, how far, and what it may not

02

Information classification

What may enter a model and what never leaves

03

Use-case inventory

Where AI already is, with or without permission

04

Autonomy levels

L0 observes · L1 prepares · L2 executes and notifies · L3 autonomous

05

Human oversight

The AI prepares; a person decides what commits

06

Traceability

Every run leaves its circuit

07

Evaluations before publishing

No change reaches production without passing its cases

08

Rollback plan

What stops a process, what is reverted, who answers

See it operating

The standard shows on screen. Open the demo system and walk through the policy, the use-case inventory, traceability and the reversal plan.

THE ASSESSMENT

What you take away from the first thirty minutes

What we diagnose

Process, information, systems and the use cases already running inside your company, with permission or without it.

What we would build

Which agent goes first, at what autonomy level, what stays waiting for a person and what stops it.

What we would measure

Adoption by role and the process result before and after. If it cannot be measured, we do not put it in production.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT FIND

  • Improvement percentages promised before seeing your operation.
  • A closed calendar before the assessment.
  • A tool that decides what commits money on its own.

Frequently asked questions about the Boosty Method

It is the order in which Boosty Digital implements AI in a company: assessment, architecture, build and adoption. Each phase closes with a deliverable and has one owner. The order does not change; the scope of each phase comes from the assessment.

Six pieces: Bridge (the communication channels, designed around the buyer), Optimize (defining or optimizing the business lines), Offer (packaging the offers and their value proposition), Strategize (the user-tracking strategy), Traffic (how all the traffic you generate is handled and followed up) and Yield (analytics across the whole process to evaluate returns).

It is defined in the assessment. The scope — which process goes first, on which systems and at what volume — comes from what we see in your operation, and the calendar is set with your team and put in writing.

Three things in writing: what we diagnosed (process, information, systems and the use cases already running), what we would build first and at what autonomy level, and what we would measure before and after.

They cap what AI may do on its own with each tool: L0 observes, L1 prepares, L2 executes and notifies, L3 operates autonomously. They are set per tool and per entity. Whatever commits money waits for a person.

It is what we leave installed to govern AI inside the system: a usage policy, information classification, a use-case inventory, autonomy levels, human oversight, traceability, evaluations before publishing and a rollback plan.

Not as a starting point. The architecture is designed on what you already have — CRM, ERP, core — integrated via API; what gets migrated is decided case by case in the architecture phase.

Shall we look at it on your operation?

Thirty minutes with Gabriel Montiel, CEO of Boosty Digital. We look at your real process and tell you what we would order first, what we would build and what we would measure.
